Offa
The deal between us.
Plain terms for what Offa does, what it costs, and where each of us stands. Using Offa means agreeing to them.

Who we are
Offa is operated by Bobi.car Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 15966931, registered office 124-128 City Road, London, England EC1V 2NX. “We” and “us” mean that company; “you” means you.
What Offa is, and is not
Offa is software and career services. It monitors job adverts, scores them against what you have told us you want, helps you write CVs and letters, and helps you approach employers. You are the applicant throughout.
Offa is not an employment agency and does not act as one.We do not introduce you to employers on our own account. Every application and every approach is started by you, shown to you, and sent only once you approve it — under your own name and your own Offa address, not ours.
We take no money from employers, no placement fee, no commission, and we hold no relationship with the employer side of the market. What you pay us is for the software and the service, never for the introduction.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over and legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom. One account per person. The information you give us has to be true — a CV we tailor from false history produces an application you send in your own name, and that is your responsibility, not ours.
What we ask of you
- Do not use Offa to send anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or fraudulent.
- Do not upload documents that are not yours to upload.
- Do not attempt to script, scrape or resell the service, or to work around the limits on your plan.
- Do not use Offa to contact anyone who has asked you to stop.
What the AI writes, and who is responsible for it
Offa drafts CVs, letters and messages using AI, from the facts you have given us. It is built not to invent employment history, but AI makes mistakes and you must read anything before you approve it.
Once you approve something, it is sent in your name and it becomes your statement, not ours. We are not responsible for the content of what you choose to send.
No promise of a job
We will do the work described here. We cannot promise interviews, replies or offers, and nobody honestly can. Employers decide; we help you reach them and put your case well.
Paying for it
Some of Offa is free. Paid plans are monthly, in advance, taken by Stripe, and prices are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
We do not refund part months. Where you have a rate locked at signup, we honour it for as long as your subscription runs unbroken; if you cancel and come back, the price is whatever it is then.
If a payment fails we will keep your account open for a short grace period and try again before downgrading you.
Your content
Your CV, your documents and your history stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service for you — nothing more. We do not use them to train AI models, and we do not licence them to anyone. Delete your account and they go; see the privacy page for exactly what that means.
When things break
We work hard to keep Offa running but we do not guarantee it is always available or error-free, and parts of it depend on services we do not control — job boards, email providers, payment processors.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost opportunities, lost earnings or the outcome of any job application.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are not permitted to.
Changes
We may change these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use Offa afterwards means accepting it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the law where you live.
